1. Who we are
ModelVisible is operated by Sebastian Malucha, a sole proprietor based in Poland (EU). Contact: hello@modelvisible.com. For personal data processed in connection with this website, Sebastian Malucha is the data controller under the GDPR.
2. The free visibility check
The check is anonymous. The domain you enter is used transiently to run the check: we fetch that website’s public homepage and send the domain plus excerpts of its public content to third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Google) to generate the result. We do not link the check to your identity, and we do not build profiles from it. An anonymized result may be cached for up to 24 hours (keyed only by the checked domain) to keep repeat checks fast; it is not stored beyond that.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. When you purchase an audit we receive your name, email and company details from Stripe solely to deliver the service (legal basis: performance of a contract). Invoices and accounting records are retained as required by Polish law.
4. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-friendly service that collects aggregated page and event statistics without identifying visitors and without cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies are set by this site.
5. Contact form & email
When you use the contact form we process the name, email address and message you provide, solely to reply to you (legal basis: legitimate interest, or pre-contractual steps at your request). Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) acting as a processor; messages are retained in our mailbox only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. If you email us directly, the same applies. We don’t add you to any list without your explicit consent.
6. Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)
The contact form and the free visibility check are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps us distinguish people from abusive bots. When you use those forms, Google processes technical data (such as your IP address, browser characteristics and interaction signals) and may set a security cookie. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). reCAPTCHA loads only when you interact with a protected form — not on ordinary page views. 7. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookies that may appear are security cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA when you use a protected form. Full details, including third-party pages you may visit from here (Stripe checkout, Cal.com booking), are in our Cookie Policy.
8. Processors & transfers
Service providers we rely on: Vercel (hosting, analytics), Stripe (payments), OpenAI, Google and Anthropic (AI answer generation for checks and audits), Google (reCAPTCHA), FormSubmit (contact form delivery), and our email provider. Some providers process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or adequacy decisions.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email hello@modelvisible.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO).
