Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

ModelVisible is operated by Sebastian Malucha, sole proprietor, Poland (EU). Contact: hello@modelvisible.com. These terms govern the AI Visibility Audit and related retainer services.

2. The audit

The Complete Visibility Audit ($750, one-time) covers seven pillars: AI answer-engine visibility (~20 commercial buyer questions across major AI engines, plus aggregated AI-mention data where available for the market), Google rankings and traffic value for approximately 50 keywords, technical SEO and Core Web Vitals, Google Maps and Apple Maps local visibility where applicable, backlink authority, the paid-search cost equivalent of missing traffic, and a benchmark against up to 3 named competitors. Deliverables: a 60–75 page PDF report, a findings sheet including the keyword table, a prioritized 30/60/90-day roadmap, and an optional 30-minute walkthrough call.

Delivery: within 24 hours of a completed order, subject to available capacity, which is stated on the website. No preparatory call is required — data collection begins on payment. Volumes such as keyword counts, page counts and data-source coverage are typical values and may vary with the size of the audited website and the availability of third-party data for a given market or language; any material limitation is disclosed in the report’s methodology section.

3. Nothing-to-fix guarantee & refunds

If the audit finds nothing worth fixing — no gaps and no prioritized recommendations — it is free: the $750 is refunded in full. If you start a retainer within 14 days of audit delivery, the $750 is credited toward your first month.

4. No ranking guarantees

AI answer engines are third-party systems that no one can control or “submit” to. We do not guarantee specific citations, rankings or placements. We engineer extractability and authority and report results honestly, week over week.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (reports, content, llms.txt files, schema). We retain our tools, methods, engine code and templates.

6. Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction.
